Shinakht is a persian word which means Knowledge. knowledge. Shinakht which is a semiannual scientific research journal affiliated to Shahid Beheshti University, Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences, published its first issue in 2009 (License No. 3/11/57 dated 25 April 2009). Knowledge, as a specialized biquarterly journal, is concerned with advancing science in the field of philosophy and promoting the Shinakht bases of philosophical studies. As innovation is one of the most important features of philosophical research, the biquarterly journal of Shinakht pays particular attention to this feature in its evaluation of submitted articles. Problem posing and reinterpretation of key philosophical issues in all areas that are connected with Shinakht in one way or another is one of the goals of this periodical. Accordingly, dealing with interdisciplinary genuine problems related to Shinakht is also of high priority.
