Copy Right Policy
This is an Open Access journal distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, adaptation, and reproduction in any medium, provided that the original work is properly cited.

By accepting the Offer of Publication, the author/s agree:

  • to grant the publication rights to Knowledge Quarterly while retaining ownership of all rights under copyright in all versions of the article and all rights not expressly granted in this agreement. The articles published in Knowledge Quarterly are distributed under Creative Commons Attribution License (CC By). By granting the above-mentioned license, authors retain the publication rights while authorizing the reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format, so long as attribution is given to the author. As a minimum requirement, the acknowledgement must include full citation with a link to the journal’s website. No permission is required from the author/s or the publishers for such uses.  According to the terms of the CC BY license, any reuse or redistribution must indicate the original CC BY license terms of the work. Exceptions to the application of the CC BY license may be granted at the editors’ discretion if reasonable extenuating circumstances exist. Such exceptions must be granted in writing by the editors of the Journal; in the absence of a written exception, the CC BY license will be applied to all published works.
  • Author/s may enter into separate and other contractual agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the work upon approval of its initial publication in Knowledge Quarterly.

Authors are allowed to post their work online in institutional/disciplinary repositories or on their website. Preprints submitted online should include a citation and a link to the final version published in Knowledge Quarterly as soon as the issue becomes available. Post-print versions (including the publisher's final PDF) must include a citation and a link to the journal's website.

It will be the authors' responsibility to secure all necessary copyright permissions for the use of third-party material in their manuscript. Authors must provide written evidence of this permission upon acceptance of their manuscript.
