The verse 30 of Surah Ar-Rome (The Rome) which is known as "the pure innate nature of man" verse alludes to a thing which is innate in human beings. However, due to large differences between the meanings of every single word of the verse and the meaning of the verse as a whole, the general meaning of the verse as well as the perception of it have been different. This article's claim is that it is possible to present a sense and a textual meaning of the verse which is both straightforward and clear, and also no need to ignore the surface meaning of the verse and present an interpretive meaning. According to the textual meaning of the verse, the verse has emphasized on a lucid and clear theme which has been represented unclear and distinct in other verses. All men have a duty to convert to the religion on which their primordial nature is based and if they do so they will surely recognize its rightness. According to such textual meaning of this verse, two major tasks of man, which his eternal salvation is depended on his doing, are: first, comply with the principle of truth; second, as far as he can, attempt to determine each instance of the truth
